Lauren Sutherland

Miss Lauren started dancing at a young age in a wide variety of disciplines such as Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Acro & Lyrical. She danced competitively travelling Nationally and Internationally and won many awards on the big stage. 

Miss Lauren has trained numerous dancers throughout South Western Ontario, many who have gone on to have careers in the Dance Industry. Her choreography has been recognized and won both National and International titles. Miss Lauren has trained under many different Syllabus’s including B.A.T.D, A.D.A.P.T, R.A.D, Alixa Flexibility M1 and is fully certified in Acrobatic Arts. She looks forward to bringing her love of dance to our small town!

Olivia Johnston

Miss Olivia has danced since a small age in many different disciplines including Acro, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary & Tap. 

She has done many exams in all different styles and has competed competitively with them as well. Miss Olivia has won many awards for her beautiful technique and cannot wait to share her talent with her students.

Miss Oliva is currently studying to become a Radiologist at Fanshawe College. During the summer she will be running all our Day Camps!

Natasha Hickey

Registered Massage Therapist

Miss Tasha started out dancing competitively at a young age in Acro, Hip hop and 
Jazz where she won numerous awards. She later decided to follow a new path and took up the sport of Competitive Cheerleading where she was a 2 time National Solo Title Holder. 

Miss Tasha is now a Registered Massage Therapist . She recently became certified in Pound Fitness and plans to continue pursuing more fitness certifications.

Jessica Ritchie

Jessica Ritchie has been dancing since the age of 4 starting with ballet. She started competing at the age of 6 doing jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. She began teaching at the young age of 14 and just loves to help young dancers find their passion and joy for dance. She has always wanted to share her knowledge and passion with dancers. Jessica is beyond excited to be teaching at the Dance Factory.

Sarah Jobes

Competitive Instructor
R.A.D, Acrobatic Arts M1

Sarah Jobes began her dancing journey at the age of 5, where she trained in ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary and won awards for her dancing. In high school, Sarah attended Eastwood Collegiate Institute for their Integrated Arts Program, majoring in dance and drama. The dance program there exposed her to more ballet training, improvisation, choreography, and modern. She also studied anatomy and injury prevention.
She began assisting dance classes at a young age, taught her first class at the age of sixteen and has loved teaching ever since.

She is very excited to be apart of the Dance Factory team and share her love of dance with everyone!

Kiani Blacquiere

Kiani was born to love dance, starting ballet at age 2 and competitive dance at age 6. Kiani grew up in South Africa and danced at Dance with Soul Ballet School. Kiana and her family just recently moved to Canada. Kiana has received many soloist and group dance awards at competitions across South Africa. She is very excited to share her passion for ballet with all our TDF dancers!
